We offer both. Our Comprehensive AMC — what we call a CMC — bundles parts, labour and replacement into one fixed annual cost. Several CMC contracts we signed in 2012 are still active today. Ask us for a CMC quote alongside the standard AMC option.

Can you take over AMC for meters we didn't buy from PES?

Yes. We support all makes and models. Our team runs a baseline audit of your existing installation, then brings it under full AMC coverage — no replacement required unless a meter is genuinely faulty.

What is your response time for a faulty meter?

Our AMC includes a defined SLA for meter faults, backed by local inventory and a dedicated repair team — so replacements happen on a committed timeline, not "best effort."

Does AMC include the resident mobile app and society dashboard?

Yes. Software platform uptime, recharge support, and the management dashboard are part of every AMC — not billed as a separate line item.

Do you support dual-source (Grid + DG) meters under AMC?

Yes — both channels are covered. This is one of the most commonly missed exclusions when societies sign with other vendors, so we call it out explicitly in every AMC proposal.
